Greater assistance and support for the Chinese students studying abroad in Singapore
On 19 January 2016, TMC Executive Chairman Dr Chin Kon Yuen along with our China country manager, Mr Zhang Qian visited the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Singapore.
As representatives of the Singapore Association for Private Education (SAPE), Dr Chin and Ms Lim Meimei from SIM University met with the Education Counsellor of the China Embassay, Mr Yu Yun Feng.
The agenda of the meeting includes exchange of views and ideas on how the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Singapore can work hand in hand with the Singapore Private Education Institutions (PEIs) to provide greater assistance and support for the Chinese students studying abroad in Singapore. Further in-depth discussion and implementation plans will surface in the next few meetings to come.
