Mr. John Lee joined the company as Chief Executive Officer on 14 February 2018. Prior to TMC Academy, he founded TEG International College in 1991 and transformed it from a Language School into a regional education organisation. Mr John Lee has vast experience in the education industry since 1978, especially in the area of transnational education. Through his extensive networks, he has set up collaborations with several established institutions in Myanmar, Vietnam and China.

Mr. Ken Lee Saiya, is a Warwick Business School postgraduate with a robust foundation in business and human resources, complemented by the strategic thinking and disciplined leadership developed during his service with the Singapore Armed Forces. As the Head of Department for Admissions and Student Services, he brings a people-centric approach to the forefront of institutional growth, seamlessly blending operational precision with a commitment to the student experience. Drawing on his extensive background in organizational leadership, Ken now spearheads the strategic direction of admission and student support frameworks, ensuring that every learner’s journey is supported by efficient administrative excellence and a holistic dedication to student success.
