You will receive an email notification on the collection of Certificate and Transcript.
General timelines:
Courses Transcript Certificate
Certificate CoursesWithin 2 weeks after the examination week
Foundation Diploma/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma Within 6 weeks after the last Collection available during Annual Graduation Ceremony (October/ November).

Bachelor Degrees/ Master Degrees Confirmation of Award letter will be released via email within 3 months from the last module exam/assignment submission.

Certificate & Transcript will be issued normally at least 6 weeks from Confirmation of Award.
Send us your consent form here to exam@tmc.edu.sg to ensure that your Certificate will be ready for collection at TMC Academy.

Important Note
Please note that you will have to bring along your identification card for collection of official documents. Please check your documents for accuracy and email any concerns to exam@tmc.edu.sg.
You may authorize third party to collect on your behalf by filling up the Authorization Form here and sending it back to us.
Mailing document
For request for mailing of documents, please fill up the Request for Mailing out of Education document here and send it to us together with the proof of payment.
REPLACEMENT OF CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPTS
This service is only available for courses awarded by TMC Academy.
Fee: SGD109/ document (inclusive of GST).
Please email the request form (Click here to download the form) together with your identification document to exam@tmc.edu.sg, and arrange for payment only after your request has been received and confirmed. The mode of payment will be provide in the confirmation email.

LETTER OF CERTIFICATION
Letter of Certification generally contains standard course information. According to your specific needs, it may include medium of instruction, academic results, and other required information. Depending on the complexity of the requirements, the request might take up to 4 working weeks.
Fee: SGD109/ document (inclusive of GST).
Please email the request together with your identification document to exam@tmc.edu.sg, and arrange for payment only after your request has been received and confirmed. The mode of payment will be provide in the confirmation email.
The required documents: A scanned copy of your identification document (e.g. Passport, Identity card, NRIC/FIN, driving license, etc.). If you have a different name than what was recorded during your study, please send along the deed poll.
SUBMISSION OF VERIFICATION DOCUMENT TO THIRD PARTY (WES/ OTHER INSTITUTIONS)
To support your application to other institution/ WES, we are happy to assist sending the documents directly to the other institutions. Please provide us with their email addresses, reference number (if any) and required documents via email to exam@tmc.edu.sg.
Fee: SGD109/request (inclusive of GST).

The request will be processed upon successful payment.

EDUCATION VERIFICATION
Verification of education qualification for an employer, educational institution, Embassy/Government body or other third-party organization can be requested directly to Examination Unit, Academic Services.
Fee: SGD109/ verification (inclusive of GST). (Click here to download the payment mode)
Please email us the relevant documents with proof of payment to exam@tmc.edu.sg.

Please note: We are unable to guarantee verification for award conferred prior to year 2000. If we are unable to verify the record, the verification fee will be refunded back to the payee.
