Examination Board

Associate Professor, Dr John Teo has an extensive academic background, having served as the chair of the Academic Board at several private schools in Singapore from 2004 to 2017 and as an associate professor of management at AUPP until 2022. Dr. Teo was in charge of academic affairs and serves as the vice-rector (international) at TMC Institute Tashkent.

He is a co-author of Strategic Thinking and Insights (2018) and author of The Essential Ideas behind Effective Management of Human Resources (2024). He is also an active board member of the Chinese American Scholar Association (CASA) and a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (U.K.)

Dr Raymond Loh is Head of School (Business - Postgraduate) and Career Advisor at TMC Academy’s School of Business & Law in Singapore. He holds a BA in Economics & Political Science (NUS), an MSc in International Marketing (University of Strathclyde, UK), and PhD in Education (Liverpool John Moores University UK). With over 15 years of industry experience, Raymond leads business modules and career-readiness programmes such as career jumpstart. A published researcher in cooperative learning, he is committed to helping students succeed academically and professionally through practical training, mentorship, and a deep understanding of educational theory and industry needs.

Ms Anita Devi is a seasoned counselling and education specialist currently serving as Head of School Psychology & Business - Undergraduate at TMC Academy in Singapore. She holds a Master’s in Professional Counselling, a BSc in Psychology with Counselling, and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. With deep expertise in mental health, student wellbeing, and academic support, Anita has dedicated her career to empowering learners through counselling, programme development, and pastoral care. At TMC Academy, she leads initiatives to enhance psychological services and foster a supportive educational environment. Her holistic, student-centred approach reflects both her academic training and passion for helping individuals thrive.

Ms. Jacqueline Oei is an experienced higher education professional and doctoral candidate with a Master’s in International Business in Culinary Management from Cesar-Ritz College, Switzerland. With a career spanning academic leadership, student development, and strategic planning, she is deeply committed to enhancing student experiences and institutional growth. Currently serving as Head of School, Hospitality at TMC Academy, Singapore, Jacqueline leads initiatives in academic quality, curriculum development, pastoral care and application of AI within her work and for ethical use with students. Her work reflects a passion for education, cross-cultural engagement, and lifelong learning. Jacqueline brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every role, grounded in research, real-world insights, and a strong sense of purpose.

Mr. Tng brings over 30 years of experience in the private education sector. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership and academic roles, including Centre Manager, Head of Academic and Curriculum Development, Dean of the IT School, and Principal Lecturer. He has also served as Chair of both the Academic Board and Examination Board, overseeing academic governance and quality assurance.
Passionate about inclusivity and social impact, Mr. Tng has actively contributed to initiatives supporting people with disabilities. In collaboration with SG Enable, he has led efforts to upgrade their IT skills, enhancing their employability and enabling them to pursue more meaningful career opportunities.

Ms. Citra obtained her Bachelor of Arts from National University of Singapore.
Since she joined TMC Academy in 2011, she has involved in various operation within Registrar Office division, ranging from Student Services, Course Planning, Examination and Quality Assurance. Throughout her many years of service in TMC, she went through a number of audit and gained valuable knowledge and experience. She is well versed in Company’s internal processes as well as external regulatory bodies’ compliance.
