Graduation Registration Fee: $130.00* 


*Early bird fee: $100.00 if you register and make payment by 4th October 2025, or within 1 week from the date of your last result release, whichever later. Please note that only TMC graduating students are eligible for the early bird rate.

 

Guest ticket is chargeable at $130 each. Please note that children under 5 years old are not allowed.

*Refund Policy: All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are only possible for those who have registered prior to the release of their final examination results and later deemed as ineligible to graduate as they did not pass the course. All request for refund must be submitted by 1 November 2025.

**Gown rental fee is on separate charge, $65 , payable directly to the vendor- Creative District-upon gown collection. 
You will be provided with the link for online booking for gown rental upon successful registration.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How do I pay for gown rental?

Payment for gown rental is to be made directly to the gown vendor (not to TMC). Please ensure that all graduation fees are fully settled with the school before renting your gown.

 

2. Where do I collect and return the gown?

Details on gown rental, collection and return will be made available upon payment of graduation fees. A confirmation email will be sent — please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive it.In-person collection at the vendor’s studio is recommended to ensure correct sizing. If someone collects the gown on your behalf and an exchange is needed later, a S$20 dry-cleaning/sanitization fee will apply.Gowns (sizes are limited, first-come, first-served) can be collected and returned at the graduation venue. If someone returns the gown for you, they must bring both the receipt and authorization form to process your refundable deposit.

 

3. Will the food provided be halal or vegetarian?

The international buffet menu provided is a no-pork and no-lard. Halal and vegetarian meals (bento meal) can be arranged upon request. Please indicate your request in the registration form or inform us at least 3 weeks before the ceremony.

 

4. Do I need to stay until the end of the ceremony?

Yes. All graduates and guests are required to remain seated until the ceremony has officially concluded.

 

5. What happens if I arrive late?

Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the venue once the ceremony has started. If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance — we will do our best to assist, as we don’t want you to miss this important moment.

 

6. How do I receive my diploma (Certificate and Transcript)?

If you have already received an email from Exam@tmc.edu.sg, you may collect your Certificate and Transcript at the school before the ceremony.If you have not received the email or have not collected your Certificate earlier, it will be available at the Certificate Collection Counter after the ceremony. Don’t forget to collect it before you leave.
