Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership (E-Learning)
The Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership programme provides a focused and specialist vocational programme of study with a clear work-related emphasis. There is a strong emphasis on practical skills development alongside the development of requisite knowledge and understanding in the sector.
Students enrolled in the part-time programme will have the opportunity to study overseas for selected modules.
Upon completion of the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership, students may progress to a MBA or Executive MBA top-up programme with the University of Northampton.

Delivery:
This course is delivered entirely in Singapore. Students benefit from access to locally qualified lecturers and a wide range of academic resources provided by TMC Academy.
Learning is conducted through a blend of lectures, tutorials, workshops, seminars, and presentations. Students are supported with comprehensive learning materials, including lecture notes and recommended reading references such as books, publications, academic articles, and relevant websites.

Graduate Requirements
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structure will be awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership (E-Learning) from TMC Academy.
Entry Requirements
Age
At least 19 years old
Academic Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent*
English Proficiency
Completed a Bachelor’s degree where medium of instruction is in English Language
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
Attend and pass EAP Level 4 with final score >60%
Mature Candidates
≥30 years old with 8 years of work experience
*Candidates with other qualifications will be assessed on case-by-case basis
