How does the IAP benefit you as a student?

Through the IAP, students will learn more and be better prepared for the industry such that their future career can be better managed. Working adults who want to do a mid-career switch will also have a chance to work in the industry and be prepared for a possible career switch. The IAP also adds value to the courses and increases the students’ employability after the course.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

How is the IAP conducted and assessed?

At the start of the programme, student is prepared for interview with help from TMC Academy Industrial Attachment Tutor. The tutor, along with the supervisor from the company is assigned to monitor student’s learning at the workplace throughout the IAP.

The student’s performance is assessed by student’s written reflection and reports, and visitations at the workplace by the tutor, along with feedback from the company.
