The Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) (Top Up) programme is designed to meet the needs of existing and potential senior managers in all sectors of employment and is suitable for those who may be expected to make a significant contribution to managing at a strategic level in their organisation. The programme aims to equip course participants with the knowledge, skills and competencies to manage effectively in modern, complex and increasingly dynamic business environments, making use of the examination and applying of modern management concepts and techniques.

Course Assessment Incorporating Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership
Students holding the TMC Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership (PGDMSL) are eligible for credit exemption and will study the following modules:
Business Research Project
Critical Issues in Business
Course Assessment
Assignments, Examinations, and Dissertation.
Age Requirements
19 years old
Academic Requirements
First or Second class honours degree of a British University or equivalent. Students with TMC Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership will get a 120-credit exemption.
Working Experience
TMC Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years relevant management experience.
English Proficiency
If English is not your first language, you will be required to have any of the following or equivalent:
Completed a Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma where medium of instruction is English
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
Attend and pass EAP Level 4 with final score >60%
Age
17 years old
Academic Qualification
Completed High School or Year 12
English Proficiency
Any of the following or equivalent:

Mature Candidates of ≥30 years old with 8 years of work experience may be admitted in lieu of academic qualification
