Certificate in Tertiary Foundation Programme
The Certificate in Tertiary Foundation Programme (CTFP) provides students with the necessary theoretical knowledge in the interdisciplinary fields of communication, management, marketing, statistics and mathematics. This will enable students to progress to gain admission to the various TMC proprietary diploma programmes. Upon completion of the CTFP programme students can choose to focus on one of the following streams at TMC:

• Psychology
Duration
Full-Time: 12 months
Part-Time: 18 months
Delivery:
This course is delivered entirely in Singapore. Students benefit from access to locally qualified lecturers and a wide range of academic resources provided by TMC Academy.
Learning is conducted through a blend of lectures, tutorials, workshops, seminars, and presentations. Students are supported with comprehensive learning materials, including lecture notes and recommended reading references such as books, publications, academic articles, and relevant websites.

Graduation Requirements
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structure will be awarded the Certificate in Tertiary Foundation Programme from TMC Academy.
Entry Requirements (Local)
Age
15 years old (based on date of birth) at point of start class
Academic Qualification
Obtained at least a C6 at GCE O level in any 1 subject or equivalent
English Proficiency
At least a C6 at GCE O level English or at least a D or 5 at GCE N level English
Pass TMC English Proficiency Test (Students who meet the English requirement will be exempted from all English modules)
Entry Requirements (International)

Academic Qualification
Completed secondary school education or Year 9
English Proficiency
Completed secondary school education with at least a pass in any 1 subject or equivalent
Mature Candidates:
Mature Candidates of ≥30 years old with 8 years of work experience may be admitted in lieu of academic qualification
