[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Last night, Mr Nick Naumov, Lecturer in Hospitality & Tourism Management at University of Northampton (UK), conducted a public lecture at TMC Academy. He raised the question of whether robots can truly replace the human touch in this people-focused business and went on to explain the reason why robots are essential for the growth of the industry in terms of improving visitor experiences and guest services.
It is definitely food for thought for our participants, regardless from a service provider or consumer point of view.
