The BA (Hons) Media Production & the Moving Image with Film & Screen Studies programme is a final year joint honours degree programme.
The Media Production and Moving Image component will help you to become a multi-faceted media professional, comfortable with contemporary production skills and processes, and able to think creatively and critically. The Film and Screen Studies component gives you the chance to explore screen media, examining their role in popular culture, their form and content, the technology and industry that produce them, and practical aspects of how they are made.
Full-Time: 9 months*
Part-Time: 13 months*

Course Assessment
Examinations, assignments, projects, presentations, class tests, and/or practical tests.
Graduation Requirements
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structure will be awarded the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Media Production and the Moving Image with Film and Screen Studies from University of Northampton.

Academic Qualification
Obtained at least a Pass in any one of the following:
Obtain at least a Pass in any one of the following:
TMC Higher Diploma in Mass Communication
Relevant Polytechnic Diploma*
Advanced / Higher Diploma (in Mass Communication) from Private Education Institutions*
*Assess on a case by case basis. Relevant Polytechnic Diploma and other Higher/Advanced Diploma holders may have to obtain a TMC Higher Diploma prior to the Top Up degree.
English Qualification
If English is not your first language, you will be required to have any of the following or equivalent:
Completed a Higher/Advanced Diploma where medium of instruction is English
IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
Attend and pass EAP Level 4

17 years old
Academic Qualification
Completed High School or Year 12
English Proficiency
Any of the following or equivalent:
