Andrew & Hawthorn Students
Andrew likes to mix the traditional approaches to language learning with technological advances (as in, who needs a dictionary when you have Google translate on your phone!). In a classroom away from a classroom, blogging is a good way to practice or improve your writing skills; Instagram works best with the correct hashtags so you better expand your vocabulary; and in the days of Siri, Alexa, or Cortana, you can practice speaking with your own phone.
Andrew realizes that there is no perfect way for learning a language, or anything else, but as long as it is fun, students will enjoy their time in the classroom, will make new friends, and, will learn something for themselves along the way.
