Programmes offered at TMC Academy
Entry Preparation into Government Schools
The preparatory courses for Admission to Government Schools are specially designed for international students who want to participate in the Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) to enter Primary 4, 5 or 6 and Secondary 1, 2 or 3 in Singapore government schools, International Institutions and to attain similar standard of students from Singapore Government Schools.
AEIS consists of a centralised test on English Language and Mathematics that will assess the applicants’ English literacy, numeracy and reasoning abilities. International students who are unable to participate for the AEIS in September/October or are unsuccessful in the previous AEIS attempts may sit for the supplementary AEIS (S-AEIS) in February/March*.
* Only for admission into Secondary 1 and 2 levels.

Registered with the Committee for Private Education, Singapore, teachers at TMC Academy have years of experience and extensive knowledge of the current curriculum taught in Singapore educational system.

Students will be engaged in a small class environment where examination techniques, study skills and personal coaching are widely used on a daily basis. In addition, progression of students’ performance will be tracked and enhanced with our own in-house monitoring system.
Campuses Facilities in TMC Academy
Our campus is located at Middle Road in two blocks of three floor Singapore heritage building that we completely modernised in 2012.
COMPREHENSIVE LEARNING & TRAINING FACILITIES
There are a total of 25 classrooms, training and discussion rooms, 3 computer laboratories, 1 lecture theatre and other rooms such as Accommodation training room and Food & Beverage training room for the Hospitality students, Mass Comm Studio for the Mass Communication students, Counselling rooms for the Psychology students, Independent Learning Centre for the Hawthorn students as well as meeting and discussion rooms.
WIFI CONNECTIVITY
TMC has set up campus-wide wireless networks at City campus for both staff and student usage. Students can now access the online resources and do their projects in between lessons with our wireless facilities from anywhere within both campuses. TMC wireless networks are secured using WPA (Wifi Protected Access) security protocols and MAC Address filtering. They are linked by a 10Mbps-leased line to the Internet.
PROJECT DISCUSSION ROOM
A room to incubate dreams into reality. The Project Discussion Room allow students to meet and discuss projects at their own convenience. Our students use the discussion room for brainstorming and conceptualization. The strong and vast student dynamic also allow cultural exchange of our diverse student community. It is also used by our Academics to conduct one-to-one consultations for students after lessons.
