The Master of Business Administration (Top Up) is a globally recognised postgraduate qualification for ambitious, motivated graduates.  It is intended for individuals who do not have any previous business or management experience and aspire to be a business professional.  The MBA is designed to develop a broad range of skills required for careers in business and management and exposes you to many areas of business including business strategy, finance, marketing, operations management and human resources management.

Incorporating Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership

Students holding the TMC Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership (PGDMSL) are eligible for credit exemption and will study the following modules:

Practical Data Analysis for Business
Strategy and Decision Making
Major Project (Standard)

Course Assessment
Assignments, Examinations, and Dissertation.

Academic qualification

TMC Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership or equivalent


English requirement

If English is not your first language, you will be required to have any of the following or equivalent:
– Completed a Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma where medium of instruction is English
– IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
– Attend and pass EAP up to Level 4 with final score of >60%

Unlike other postgraduate programmes, which provide in depth specialisation in a specific field, an MBA is interdisciplinary. An MBA exposes you to all areas of business including accounting, finance, marketing and human resources.
