TMC refund policy is as follows:
1) Application Fee is non-refundable upon payment.
2) The refund of Course Fees will be based on the Refund Policy
Table below:

a) There will be a 7-working-days## Cooling-off Period from the
date of signing of the Student Contract which will allow for a Maximum
Refund should students decide to withdraw within this Period.
b) Refunds will be made to students within 7 working-days## upon
receipt of written notice and complete submission of all required
documents.
c) There will be a Refund Processing Fee of 10% of the refunded
amount (with a minimum charge of S$10 and maximum cap of S$200).
d) When a course is cancelled by TMC, the student may defer the
intake at no extra charge, or withdraw from the course and obtain
a 100% refund of all fees paid (including the application fee and
without the Refund Processing Fee). TMC has the right to cancel
the class if the conditions required it to do so such as not meeting
the minimum student number (normally minimum is 10 students) to
commence the class, etc.
e) In the event that the student pass application is not approved
by the statutory authority, only 100% of the course fee paid is
refunded (without the Refund Processing Fee).
f) In the case of course transfer, any unconsumed course fee from
the current course can be credited to the next course for successful
applications. For International Student, this will be conditional
upon approval of the new student pass by ICA.
g) If the unconsumed course fee is more than the fee payable for
the new course (or course that the student wants to transfer to),
all fee made will not be refunded. If the unconsumed course fee
is less than the fee payable for the new course, students need to
make a top up.
h) In the case of class transfer, student can have their unconsumed
paid fee credited to the next class or next semester when student
resume their studies within the stipulated period.
i) In the case of course withdrawal, unconsumed fee can be refunded
if withdrawal is made before the next instalment is due. Once the
course commenced, the fee is taken to be consumed and subject to
the above conditions.
j) The above refund policies apply to all programmes offered by
TMC, except for programmes jointly offered with partner institutions
which may be separately governed by the respective overseas University
refund policy beyond the purview of TMC.
k) No refund shall be made for application fee except in the event
that the course is cancelled by TMC.

All fees are subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST),
unless otherwise stated.

## Refers to TMC’s working-day which is from Monday to Friday,
excluding Public-holiday & School Holiday
Original official receipt must be submitted for refunds. No refunds
will be made if student cannot produce official receipts. In the
event the original official receipt is lost, statutory declaration
or a police report must be submitted for the refund to be processed.
All refunds application are subjected to the School’s approval.
All decisions are considered final.
