TMC Academy will officially be moving
to 38C Jalan Pemimpin (off Bishan Street 21),
Singapore 577180. The move is expected to take
place in the 4th quarter of 2010. Our new campus is
a mere 2 minutes walk from Marymount MRT Station
and only 10-15 minutes walk from Bishan MRT
Station.
This new campus is attractively located within walking
distance to the popular Bishan Junction 8 shopping mall
as well as one of the largest public parks – Bishan
Park. The Bishan National Library and Bishan Sports
& Recreation Centre are also nearby. In fact, the
new campus is located directly opposite Raffles Institution
– one of the top Singapore secondary schools and
junior colleges.
The 6-storey campus will house teaching, study, sports
and other facilities that will not only enhance our
students’ learning experience, but also their
physical well-being.
Our City Campus @ Peninsula Plaza will continue to
offer some of the part-time degree programmes as well
as Psychology courses.
TMC Academy proudly launches Project New Campus
2010, an interactive initiative to involve
our students in playing a part to make our New
Campus @ Bishan truly conducive to learning.
We would like to invite you to share your thoughts on
what you would like to see at our new campus. Do feel
free to be as creative and as original as possible to
make this New Campus @ Bishan truly

"The world economy is shrinking. Many companys are retrenching a distressingly highnumber of employees.
At this point we need to take a deep breat and get a balanced view of the situation so that we are able to face the challenges ahead.
When do we need to take risks during these troubled times?
Should we consider a job that might have been seen as
"beneath us" a year ago? ........ "

is a Senior Lecturer with the Information Technology
Department.
