TMC Academy

IT club was set up in December 2008 as a subset of the Student Club. IT club specializes in IT related areas and is dedicated to conducting workshops for schoolmates or organizing game competitions.

Goals & Objectives

• Conduct IT workshop for schoolmates or when requested by students.
• Conduct LAN Games such as Dota to improve team work and cooperation.
• Outdoor activities for the IT club members.
• Bring a better and active social life to TMC’s students.

Past Events

• Workshop
  We have conducted Photoshop and flash workshops in 2010. Response from students were good. Feedback gathered from this event will help us to make improvements in the future.
• Dota Competition
  Dota competition was also conducted in May 2010 with 6 teams taking part. The competition was made successful with help from members of IT club and also other friends who helped out.
• Club outing
  IT club often have club outings where members get together to have fun outside. We go to places like the cinema or to the beach to enjoy ourselves.
