Professionalism

I will:

  1. portray my professionalism through appropriate speech and attire
  2. portray my operational discipline through quality of work, service and punctuality
  3. take pride in providing accurate, on time information and services
  4. offer equally good service to all internal and external customers
  5. be proactive in acquiring the necessary attitude, knowledge and skills to carry out tasks effectively

I will not:

  1. let personal emotions/feelings interfere with my work
  2. say ‘I do not know’ without providing a good alternative to find the solution

 

Affinity

I will:

  1. have a ‘win-win’ mindset towards all stakeholders
  2. respect diversity and work with others in harmony
  3. work with others as a team to achieve common goals
  4. support my colleagues with customers’ interest in mind
  5. proactively provide information and feedback to my colleagues to ensure in turn they are able to respond in good time.

  2. be defensive when colleagues provide feedback

  1. take charge of the assigned tasks with full authority and responsibility
  2. adopt new approaches to address stakeholders’ concerns and meet their needs
  3. take initiative in my work
  4. whistle blow when appropriate
  5. acknowledge complaints raised by customers and take ownership to resolve them quickly.

I will not:

  1. disadvantage anyone who makes a mistake but acknowledge for improvement
  2. unnecessarily refer to my superiors for decisions
