TMC was awarded the ISO9001 certification by TÜD SÜD PSB Certification for meeting the stringent International Quality Management System requirements. The scope of certification includes Design and Delivery of Proprietary/Non-Proprietary Programmes, Administration and Conduct of Distance Learning Programmes and Provision of Support Services. |

The Quality Management System is comprehensively audited by external agencies to ensure quality processes being implemented throughout the organization, in a manner that satisfies the requirements. This includes course design and development, academic delivery and training, student services, etc. Obtaining ISO helps ensure that our processes are of a high standard and are continuously reviewed, ensuring that we provide a good quality service to all our customers. TMC continues to keep up with the latest certification requirement and has successfully renewed its ISO9001:2008 certification for another 3 years in 2012. This is its 6th cycle of certification since 1997. |
