Our campus is located at Middle Road in two blocks of three floor Singapore heritage building that we completely modernised in 2012. The city campus is within close proximity to Dhoby Ghaut, Bugis, Bras Basah, Little India MRT and the upcoming Bencoolen Stations.
There are a total of 25 classrooms, training and discussion rooms, 3 computer laboratories, 1 lecture theatre and other rooms such as Accommodation training room and Food & Beverage training room for the Hospitality students, Mass Comm Studio for the Mass Communication students, Counselling rooms for the Psychology students, Independent Learning Centre for the Hawthorn students as well as meeting and discussion rooms.

TMC eCampus is an user-friendly e-learning portal capable of supplements the face-to-face learning environment and are accessible at any time with active internet connection. Students are able to download lecture slides, supplementary notes, assignment papers, exercises; attempt online assessments; interact with lecturers and other students online.
All TMC propriety and degree students are given personalised login ID to access TMC eCampus.
Complimentary wireless networks up to 10Mbps are available for both staff and student within the campus. Students can access the online resources with our wireless facilities from anywhere within the campus. TMC wireless networks are secured with security protocols.
Students can proceed to TMC Student Service Counter to register for Wireless Network access or through an online request form.
Take a short break at the air-conditioned student lounge. Play a quick game of Scrabble with your classmates, or surf your social media app on the comfortable sofa. Round tables are often used for takeaway lunch to escape the lunch crowd.
Our library operate from Mondays through Saturdays to facilitate students’ need for academic resources in support of their studies.
Cubicles are specifically designed for individual studying, making the library more comfortable to students and a favorable place to study. The library is equipped with computer terminals and wireless connections for web access. Printing and photocopying services are also provided.

Our library maintain a database system which holds the complete list of all library collections. The library system provides loan and return services to students and an Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is readily available to students for search purposes to the main catalogue.A progressive range of subject comprises the library collections in support of the academic curriculum of TMC Academy with over 2,000 titles and 4,500 textbooks. Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Media/Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism Industry, Computer/I.T, Psychology and Law Books are the main collections that the library houses. General Certificate of Education (GCE) books, Literature and Language as general references. The academic body continuously develops and updates library collections by acquiring more print and non-print resources alike to cater to the growing demands of courses that TMC offers.
Independent Learning Centre (ILC)
The Independent Learning Centre (ILC) is a quiet place which has access to the library and extra materials which can help you improve your English. Resources are available to help students with listening, grammar, vocabulary and writing practices. The ILC is open for all students. There will be a teacher present who can help you with any questions about your homework or how to use the materials. This is a great time to get help from him/her on any particular problems you are having or to improve your skills by working independently.
All the classrooms and computer labs at our campus are equipped with ceiling mounted multimedia projectors. This has become essential as we have moved towards using PowerPoint presentation and internet resources as one of the primary means of lesson delivery for proprietary courses.
Mass Communication Studio
The Mass Communication Studio at City Campus provides a mock-up environment for students to learn about narrative and documentary film production. The students work in teams with the equipment available to produce short films or documentaries.
As a mock-up studio, the basic facilities such as prosumer camera, handycam, boom-mike, redhead lights, chroma-screen – allow the students to acquire the necessary hand-on experience after attending theory lessons on film and documentary. The students will have a better understanding and appreciation of the practical processes involved in film and documentary making – from idea conceptualization, planning and scripting, shooting, editing as well as the distribution and promotion of narrative or documentary film.
There are 3 computer labs with a total of over 54 PCs installed with Linux and Windows 7 Pro platforms.
All PCs are connected to the Internet and Local Area Network. There are System Administrators providing support to the computer classroom from Mondays to Friday between 9.00am to 7.30pm.
Food and Beverage Training Room
The food and beverage training room is located on the second level of the City Campus. This is where hospitality and tourism students practice their skills in table setting and serving. Students will learn everything to do with the service, operations and management pertaining food and beverage and hospitality and tourism industry.
The accommodation training room is where hospitality and tourism students take on the practical learning. Equipped with a Queen-Sized Bed, Coffee Table, Dressing Table, Full-Length Wardrobe, and attached Shower, this hotel-styled training room allow students to present the room in its best condition for guests.
The Counselling Room, which comes complete with a privacy glass panel, simulates a real-life counseling session for students to practise in. The one-way privacy glass window also allows our teachers to observe their performance without interrupting the session.
Moot Court Room
The Moot Court is a mock court for law students to take part in simulated court proceedings. Students participate in arguments for imaginary cases and the close-to-real setting sets a more serious tone for students to take on their respective roles.
