The Western Sydney Careers team aims to coordinate and expand on-campus employment opportunities for all students. The University’s programs aim to provide students with paid professional experience on and off campus, as well as overseas and enhanced employability skills. The Jobs on Campus program can assist students to find jobs within the University and will help students financially while studying. Over two-thirds of Western Sydney University students combine study with work.
The University offers a recruitment program that is specifically designed to link students with degree-relevant opportunities. With the support of its Careers Service, students can undertake placements in various areas such as website design, marketing, chemical testing, stormwater management, database development and social research.
