TMC was awarded ISO9001 status in 1997

TMC was awarded the ISO9001 certification by TÜD SÜD PSB Certificatio n for meeting the stringent International Quality Management System requirements. The scope of certification includes Design and Delivery of Proprietary/Non-Proprietary Programmes, Administration and Conduct of Distance Learning Programmes and Provision of Support Services

The Quality Management System is comprehensively audited by external agencies to ensure quality processes being implemented throughout the organization, in a manner that satisfies the requirements. This includes course design and development, academic delivery and training, student services, etc. Obtaining ISO helps ensure that our processes are of a high standard and are continuously reviewed, ensuring that we provide a good quality service to all our customers.

TMC continues to keep up with the latest certification requirement and has successfully converted its certification to the latest ISO9001:2008 standard in July 2009.
